From 1882 to the 1930's only two companies from New York City made bathroom fixtures which became common place on boats and rail cars. The most attractive and successful design was the fold down sink which was ideal for close quarters. They were used on Chris Craft Commuters, Elco's, Robinson Seagull's, Richardson's, Sea Lyon's, American Car and Foundry's and Wheeler Playmate's. Today these are sought after by yacht and cruiser and train car owners alike. This unit is in excellent condition after being restored and is ready to complete your project and adorn your pride and joy.

Built in Penetanguishene, Ontario; Grew Boats were Canada's answer to the Lyman boats of the era. The company built a variety of models from smaller outboards to roomy utility models, and later became a division of Slick Craft boats in the 1970's. The 23 foot "Jolly Giant" model was very stylish with tall hullsides, pronounced bow flare, and transom tumblehome. She is bright finished mahogany throughout and powered by a Buchanan 283cid V8 engine. The boat is an older restoration that has been well maintained over the years. She remains in god structural condition but is ready for some cosmetic attention to bring her back to her former glory.

One of only 9 built. A Hacker design, truly stunning appearance with barrelback transom and sweeping lines. Beautiful from every angle. Boat needs complete restoration.
The hull was built by Gerard Longtin and has the attributes of a high
speed offshore type vessel similar to the Hunt designs used for ocean
racing. The gentleman passed away before completion of the boat and was
completed in 1986. The hull is constructed of two layers of cold

reliable. All of the hardware is custom made to match the design of the
boat. This boat is elegant and the fit and finish is unmatched. A piece
of luxury and a treat to drive!
This boat was purchased in 1924 by the current owner's grandfather for the worldly sum of $900 as a used boat. She was built by mcneil norris
of Bala, Ontario 2 years earlier and was powered by a Buchanan Junior
engine. The boat sat unused for a number of years and received a
complete restoration between 1986 and 1996. At this time, a Gray Marine
4-70 engine was installed. After heading down south to a new owner, the
boat returned to her original home in 2004. She is a wonderful example
of Canadian craftsmanship and is a very beautiful long deck launch. She was refinished in 2012 and is used regularly.
Only 6 original boats built ,3 left that I know of,this is the fanciest, raciest of them all, with all the original Greavette fittings, repowered in the 60's with a 327 Chev,Buchannan conversion, restored in 1987 by Gary Clark ,& engine rebuilt also1990,always on Lake Muskoka, always boathouse kept, in beautiful condition.

All original gauges and hardware. Purchased by the current owners about 10 years ago, fresh varnish applied to the topsides, used little, and stored in a climate controlled facility. Upholstery is in excellent condition. This boat was originally built for a customer in New Hampshire. Original documentation and extensive correspondence and documentation between the original owner and Tom Greavette is included with the sale.
